How we figure it.
We cross three sources: comparable closed operations in the area, cadastral and urban data of the property and actual billing of the houses we manage in that same market. The rental share's what no real estate can give you, because it doesn't run houses.
The valuation is free and without commitment. It's not an approved valuation: if you need an valuation with mortgage validity as required by the ECO / 805 / 2003 Order, it's commissioned by an approved valuation company and costs between 250 and 400 € - we tell you when you really need it and when you don't.

Is that really free?
Yeah. We are interested that you know the number even if you do not sell with us: a good share of our management clients have come this way. No small and high letter required anything.
Do you have to go to the house?
Not for the initial forks. For the final report yes, because the real state, the orientation, height and views move the price more than the meters. The visit takes about 45 minutes.
Do you have anything to do with them?
Yeah. That's where we already run our own rental data. If we have no houses we do the price share and we tell you clearly in the report.
What are you doing with my data?
They are put into our system to meet your request and to conduct commercial monitoring. They don't give up to third parties. You can ask us to clear them whenever you want to write to gestion@blisshomes.es. The whole detail, at privacy policy.
