How much does 1: 1 Advisory?
235 €, single payment with VAT included. It includes an audit of your announcement before the session, 60 minutes by video call, a written report with recommendations and recording. No monthly commission and no stay. The payment is made online and as you complete it you choose day and time in the calendar.
What's the difference between an audit and an integrated management contract?
The audit (1: 1) is a dedicated session with an expert: we review your announcement, pricing and conversion, and we give you written recommendations for applying them yourself. You keep managing day after day. Comprehensive management is a continuous service: we operate complete housing in exchange for a commission about billing.
Do I need to be Bliss's client to get an audit?
No. The 1: 1 Counselling is designed precisely for owners who manage themselves and have no intention of giving up complete management. No management contracts have to be signed and no platform have been moved.
The audit also serves Booking.com or only Airbnb?
Serves for any channel where you publish: Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO or your own web. The principles of title, photos, description and training are the same though each platform puts the ranking differently.
What do I get after the sitting?
A report written with the recommendations point by point, comparing your announcement with the benchmarking of the houses we manage and the complete recording of the session. It's not a generic list: it's specific to your commercial, area and type of property.
How long does it take to notice the effect of applying changes?
