What information we're trying and where they come from
- If you ask for a studio or contact us by web forms, by phone, WhatsApp or email: name, email, phone, information about your home (location and feature), what you tell us and, in forms, the campaign or page you came by.

Using artificial intelligence
We use artificial intelligence tools, such as those of Anthropic, to help us order and write answers to messages and to sum up phone calls. We do not make decisions that have an exclusively automated legal effect on you.
Who else can see your data
We don't sell your data. We only notify them to third parties if the law requires us, for instance to the Tax Agency or, in the case of the registration of passengers, to the Security Forces and Bodies and to the Reserve Platforms when we manage a reserved stay at them.
We also work with providers that conduct data processing on our own and only to provide our service. The main challenges are:
- CRM and commercial monitoring: HighLevel (GoHighLevel).
- Email, documents and schedule: Google Workspace.
- Web analytics: Google Analytics with only your consent.
- Advertising, advertising forms and messaging: Target (Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp).
- Reserve management: Lodgify. Check-in and passenger registration: Chekin. Electronic locks: Nuki.
- Telephone: Aircall. Artificial intelligence: Anthropic.
- Web accommodation and servers: Hossinger, Hetzner and Supabase. Filling: Closed.
Transfers outside the European Economic Area
Some of these providers, such as Google, Meta, HighLevel, Aircall or Anthropic, can discuss data in the U.S.. Those transfers are supported by the Commission's decision to adapt the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. If the supplier is a party, or under the model contractual clauses adopted by the Commission. Your rights
You can ask us at any time to have access to your data, to rectify them, to suppress them, to opposition their treatment, to restrict them or to bring them to another provider (portability) and to withdraw the consent that you have given us without affecting what you have been treated earlier.
