FAQ
What the owners ask.
On what basis do you figure the commission?
About the total of the reserve minus the commission of Airbnb or Booking: we first discount what the platform takes and apply the 17 % + VAT about what remains. Most of the sector calculates this about the total amount paid by the guest, as well as with the commission of the platform inside.
Do we have an internment?
No. You can leave them at once with 30 and we respect our confirmed reservations. The fixed price is different: it's a rental contract with a renewable year.
Who's answering if a guest breaks something?
First the guarantee of the platform by which the reservation entered and, if it doesn't cover, the insurance. We manage the claim, document the damage with photos and coordinate the repair. We're always telling you what happened, even if we figure it out at no cost.
What if a guest gets hurt at home?
Any managed housing should have civil liability insurance that cover tourism use. If yours doesn't cover it, we'll tell you what's missing before we publish an announcement: it's a requirement to operate, not a recommendation.
How long do you have to put the house to work?
Seven days after we have the keys and documentation as required: photos, announcement, price, check-in and dedicated cleaning and maintenance equipment.
Who's tipsy and who's tipsy?
Retirement or confidence equipment in each area, coordinated by us. The cleanup is paid by the guest and goes to the cleanup team and forms part of the basis on which our commission is computed.
When do I get and what do I get?
Settlement every month with the details of reservations, expenses and commission and your account income. No round figure: reserve.
Do I need a tourist license?
It depends on the autonomous community and the municipality. We'll tell you from day one if your place can operate as a tourist, if it's best to go to temporary rental or if there's a moratorium that prevents them. We don't publish a house that can't operate.
