The high ratings responded to three factors that were not bought: a local own equipment that solved before the owner found out, direct access to the founders without intermediate layers, and the absence of maintenance contracts - that required us to maintain quality at all times because the owner can leave whenever he wants. Transparency in monthly reports and employment even in rural areas complete the table.
Yeah. Bliss Homes combines dynamic training technology with custom management and direct direction access - something that great international platforms cannot offer. The result are the highest industry ratings (4,9 at Airbnb, 5,0 at Google) and economic performance above average. The integrated management commission is 17% + VAT, lower than the mean sector ranging from 20% to 25%.
Bliss Homes manages active tourist housing in Madrid, Ávila, Toledo, Cantabria, Granada and Valencia. The portfolio includes town flats, rural houses, coastal properties and accommodation in natural environments. That allows us to get to know every market well without losing the local equipment's agility.
Tres diferencias fundamentales: (1) No hay contratos de permanencia — en las grandes plataformas internacionales suelen exigirse 6 a 12 meses. (2) Tenemos canal directo de reservas propio (Tudesvío) que reduce la dependencia de Airbnb y Booking y mejora el margen neto. (3) El equipo es local y los propietarios tratan directamente con los fundadores — no con gestores rotantes de una oficina central.
Yeah. Bliss Homes has no retention contracts with any of its models. If at some point you want to shift from complete to online management, move to a fixed income model, or simply stop working with us, you can do so without an output cost. That policy isn't marketing - that's what's forcing us to do good work every month.

Our commission's on the web, not after a form. And what's important isn't the percentage: on what basis they are calculated.

Casi todo el sector calcula su porcentaje sobre los 910 € de arriba, y antes de descontar lo que se lleva la OTA. Por eso un 15 % anunciado puede costarte más euros que nuestro 17 %: en este ejemplo, 165,17 € frente a 159,11 €. El porcentaje es menor, pero la base es mayor. Compara siempre en euros, no en porcentajes.
Y el IVA va en la cifra desde el principio: 17 % + IVA son 20,57 %. He doesn't appear by surprise at first clearance.
