How much does the program cost?
The price isn't published on the web. Oscila between 8.000€ and 20.000€ as an accompaniment level. We explain that during the Discovery Call after revising your application. We don't sell a standard product - the program suits your situation.
Do I have to have property to get in?
No. The program covers from zero (how to find and negotiate R2R) to how to scale an existing operation. The important thing: Investment capacity and entrepreneurial mindset.
Do they work from Latin America?
Yeah. There's a dedicated module about operation from LATAM: company creation in Spain, regulation, providers and remote management. We have students in Mexico, Colombia and Argentina.
How long does the program last?
Intensive accompaniment lasts between 3 and 6 months as planned. Access to materials and communities is continuous.
What difference does Bliss Academy have with a regular course?
Bliss Homes operates a real portfolio of properties today with verifiable public data. We don't teach theoretical frameworks: we teach exactly what we do - contracts, tools, providers, real decisions.
