Madrid capital
We're selling through neighborhoods. Chamberí has its own tab - Vallebeautiful, Almagro, Trafalgar, Ríos Rosas, Gazas and Arapiles, with price per sub-neighborhood. The other districts have been published by operations to be shown. Tourist leave: Madrid Community Standard.

Sierra Oeste de Madrid

Do you work throughout the Community of Madrid?
In Madrid capital we sell by neighborhoods and today we have his own name and we publish the rest as operations have been performed. In the Sierra West we cover San Martín de ValdeIglesias and the surrounding municipalities.
What if my house's out of these three zones?
We'll tell you about that first call, with no commitment. If we can't help you we don't waste your time.
What rule does the tourist licence regulate in each area?
In Madrid capital and Sierra Oeste, the norm of the Community of Madrid. At the Valle del Tiétar, the norm of Castilla and León. We check if the license will be passed with the sale before setting prices.
Are you going to publish more areas?
Just once we have an actual price for that area and some cases to teach, not before. A fact sheet doesn't help anyone.
Can I sell if my place has a tourist license?
Yeah. We check if the license is passed with the sale as required by your community and explain it to the buyer before setting prices.
