2. Object of the web
The website offers information and guidance tools to understand decisions related to valuation, sale, purchase, investment and rental. The availability of each service depends on the area, its operational capacity and its formalization.
The navigation, use of calculators and sending a consultation do not constitute a professional order, an intermediary contract, a reservation, an offer to buy, acceptance of fees and legal, fiscal, technical or financial advice.
3. Calculators and market data
The results are generated from data entered, visible references and simplified adjustments. They are indicative estimates, non-approved valuation, certificates, binding offers and guarantees of price, term, employment, income or profitability.
Public sources are identified with body, period and link. A national figure or an autonomous figure alone does not describe a specific housing. The user should check the result before making an economic decision.
4. Services, prices and recruitment
The scope, fees, taxes and concepts included are detailed in a proposal before they have been ordered. Sending an inquiry does not constitute acceptance of a price. The recruitment, if necessary, will be formalised in writing and will prevail over general information about the web.

8. Legislation and jurisdiction
The website is governed by Spanish law. If the user acts as a consumer, courts shall have jurisdiction as determined by applicable law. In other cases, the parties have been referred to the courts at the place of his or her place of residence if that pact remains valid.
