- A certificate from the owners community
Without a simple note we don't publish. That's what confirms title and loads. To publish without that generates visits that cannot later be closed.
These lists and checklists are an observation guide. They do not replace technical inspections or specialized legal or fiscal advice.

A more paper will be added to check: if the license is passed with the sale as required by your community's rule. It changes the type of buyer and how prices are presented.
